Nurturing Your Child's Future
At Kingdom Kiddies we will follow the Pre-School National Curriculum Framework for Children, based upon key aspects of development and learning, but as well as looking after their fundamental needs, our staff will work towards increasing children's individual benefits in important areas of language and communication, knowledge and understanding, personal and social development, physical activity and learning through stimulation, participation and play.
We will keep parents informed of progress and provide a record of development and achievement to help parents monitor even more closely their children at this vital stage of their lives.
Social & Emotional Development
Bright and attractive surroundings ensure that your Kingdom Kiddies have the opportunity to learn and play in friendly and encouraging areas customised to maximise their enjoyment and on-going development in important areas of self-esteem, self-motivation and self-control.
Intellectual Development
Supervised in-house computers and the latest in educational software will also be available, as will a whole host of toys and other specialised equipment designed to actively encourage mental and physical development.
Physical Development
Our outside protected play facilities include a multi-play structure which is designed to assist young children with broad platforms, good handgrips and holes in the stairs. It has many levels of play, with a variety of climbing and crawling possibilities, a fireman’s pole and interesting details like a loud-hailer and balcony with criss-cross rings, making the journey through, above and below the structure real fun and adventure. In a separate play area there is a sanitized sandpit with a sand works structure. The sand works is a cheerful and attractive sculpture in bright colours that encourages children to explore the manipulative play items and work together to move the sand. Children can play with the sand at different levels; they can form, pour or scoop the sand up again by way of two cranes.
Healthy Eating
Kingdom Kiddies has its own Milk Kitchen to serve the two baby rooms and a fully fitted commercial kitchen with high-spec cooking and catering facilities being utilised to ensure that the healthiest options are always available. Special dietary needs can, of course, be met, with chef and specialist catering personnel using local produce where possible to help maintain the growth and internal-well being of all our children.
